BEFORE BURNING
- Prior to burning your candle, trim the wick at least 1/4 inch. This will prevent uneven burning, and wick flaring.
- Burn time should be 2-3 hrs each time. Allow the candle to rest for 4-5 hrs. before burning again. This will help the candle burn evenly, and remember to always trim wick before each burn.
- Place candle in an area free from drafts and vents. Make sure the candle is on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
WHILE BURNING
- Never leave candle burning unattended. If you are going to be leaving the room, the house, or going to sleep, make sure you blow out all candles first.
- If burning more than one candle at a time, make sure each candle is at least 6 inches apart from one another.
- For safety reasons, stop burning the candle when there is 1/4 inch of wax left in the container.
- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Be mindful of where you are placing your candle.
EXTINGUISHING
- Do not use water to extinguish candle, as it can cause the hot wax to splatter.
- If blowing out candle yourself, make sure to gently blow candle out to also avoid hot wax splatter.
- Before leaving room, make sure your candle is completely out. No glow coming from wick ember.
- Avoid moving candle until fully cooled.
